    Spring Meet at Keeneland

    Friday: Keeneland Spring Meet - College Scholarship Day

    Full-time students receive free general admission with a college I.D. and can register for a $1,000 scholarship and other great prizes. The first 2,000 students to register receive their choice of a Keeneland t-shirt or a Vineyard Vines hat. Also on Friday, play the $200,000 Guaranteed Pick Four and win big when you pick the winners of races  6 – 9.

    Saturday: Keeneland Spring Meet

    Start your day at Sunrise Trackside. Enjoy Breakfast with the Works, see morning workouts, and entertain the kids with free children’s activities. Then tailgate on The Hill, with live music, food trucks, a wagering tent, big-screen TVs and much more. But be sure to find a spot at the rail to see the running of the $500,000 Central Bank Ashland Stakes (G1)

    Sunday: Keeneland Spring Meet - Military Day at the Races

    Presented by Marathon in honor of our armed forces, all active duty, reserve, veterans and military families receive free general admission with a military I.D. Come to the North Terrace from noon to 4 p.m. for free food, live music, special giveaways, children’s activities and more.

    Evan Williams Bourbon Experience at Downtown’s Trolley Hop

    Spend the night hopping through downtown on the Trolley Hop.  Visit the Evan William’s Bourbon Experience, local art galleries, restaurants, shops, and clubs located along Main and Market streets, as well as the Fourth Street corridor.  The Evan Williams Bourbon Experience celebrates the 8th stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail with a historical glimpse back in time. The Republic Bank First Friday Trolley Hop is open to the public and held rain or shine, so come out and explore downtown.

    Bluegrass Magic Tabletop Weekend at Bluegrass Magic 

    Play board games for charity! Louisville Card Board Gamers and Bluegrass Magic Game Shop are teaming up to offer gaming on International TableTop Day! With a library of over 300 games to check out, door prizes, snacks and proceeds benefiting Blessings in a Backpack, you will not want to miss this event at Bluegrass Magic Game shop.  Blessings in a Backpack provides food for elementary school children across America who have little or no food to eat on weekends during the school year. Bluegrass Magic Game Shop is Louisville’s largest game store with space for over 200 players, so why not come out and join the fun?

    The Crowns We Wear at Revelry Boutique

    This show will feature hats from Nina Rosenberg, who makes hats unlike anyone else in a unique vintage turban style design that is her signature look. Each one is truly unique and no detail is left out – everything from the handmade flowers by Bri Bowers-Norman to the vintage jewels draped around the base. Every angle exudes beauty and refinement. As a Parsons graduate and designer from the NYC studios of Ralph Lauren and Alexander Julian Collection, it’s no wonder Nina Rosenberg was awarded ‘Best New Hat Designer in Louisville’ by the Courier-Journal in 2009. This event is free and open to the public.

    Civil War Encampment 2014 in Corydon

    Civil War living historians will be encamped on the historic downtown square. Walk through the camps to experience the life of a Civil War soldier and civilian during the War. The re-enactors will provide demonstrations in infantry, artillery, nurses, cooks, laundresses, sharp shooters, and surgeons. Civil War field embalming by Dr. Benjamin Lyford of Washington City, DC is certain to be a unique experience for visitors. The encampment is free and open to the public. Friday is an educational day for schools, but public are welcome. Firing of weapons and the cannon will occur on Saturday at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. While visiting the square, be sure to take a tour of Indiana's First State Capitol, built in 1816 and the Governor Hendricks' Headquarters, built 1817.

    Fleur - De - Lis on Fourth: An Evening of Arts & Hors D`oeuvres
