    Bit to Do

After the numerous unplanned snow days spent curled up with my dog and a good book, I’m finding that my current bookshelf is looking a little stale—and I guarantee that my fellow book-lovers are feeling the same.So I decided to turn to some of the best Louisville writers for inspiration by seeing what they are reading this winter.

    Patrick Wensink

Patrick Wensink is the best-selling author of  Broken Piano for President and three other books.

    What he’s Reading:

“I am currently reading this obscure 19th century novel called Moby Dick, which is about clam chowder and the first Starbucks. I have a pretty non-traditional background for a novelist, and am frequently going back to required reading that I totally missed the first go-round.”
