
Metro Parks and Recreation offers an extensive schedule of Adapted Leisure activities for individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities, their friends and families. Summer activities, which start this week, include outings to Louisville Bats baseball games, dances, arts and crafts, book clubs, movie nights, wheelchair basketball, aqua exercise, bowling, Generation X socializing and more. Best of all, most of the activities, which are open to adults 18 and older, are free or under $5.
