Look out, Goosey Loosey—the sky is falling.

Bellarmine University presents the East Coast premiere of Carlos Manuel’s

    Henny Penny

this weekend, April 16 and 18, 2010 at the Blackbox Theatre on the Bellarmine campus. This play for ages 5 and up brings back the old tale of “the sky is falling.” This time, however, the audience learns the reason

    why

the sky is tumbling down (might it have something to do with

one of BU’s favorite people, Galileo

?) and why Henny Penny is so high strung (too much coffee?).

The play, directed by Carlos Chavarria, not only offers a moral but also allows the audience to get in on the action and interact with the characters.

The Friday show begins at 7:00 p.m. and the Sunday showings will be at 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. General admission is $5.00; call 452-8431 for reservations or more information.
