    502 Restaurant Week

From February 19th to March 5th, a bunch of restaurants around town will be hosting special events, deals and other happenings - far too much for me to mention here. Check out the website (above) to found out who’s participating and what’s going on.

    Jackknife Cafe

The special at Jackknife this week is an American club grilled cheese with turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar and garlic mayo. I might not eat meat, but I do eat everything else on Jackknife’s menu, so it’s sure to be a winner.

    Four Sisters

    If you’ve seen my

    recent article

on the special at Four Sisters, you’ll know I absolutely loved it. There’s also an amazing vegan curry soup on special right now which I also tried, and it’s mind blowingly good. It’s a coconut curry, and let me say - I don’t like coconut. If I recommend a coconut dish, it’s probably amazing.

    Rye On Market

    Rye will be at

    Atlantic No. 5

this Friday for a pop-up restaurant. They’ll be cooking a Japanese/Asian themed menu with a comfort food style offering. It’s a

    prix-fixe

meal being offered at $60 a person. They’re also doing a prix-fixe offering for 502 Restaurant Week which is is $25.10. Feel like a nice night out? Check out one of their offerings.

    Mayan Cafe February Features

Mayan Cafe rotates their featured dishes on a monthly basis - this month it’s French themed with a ribeye steak & Pomme de Terre main course. There’s also a cheese plate from

    Kenny’s Farmhouse Cheese

    - not to miss.

As I mentioned, please let me know if you want anyone or anything featured! I’ll be back with another Restaurant Round-Up next Monday!
