My wife and I moved into our Crescent Hill home Halloween night. Since then, every day after work I leave my downtown office and head to Frankfort Avenue, hoping to see people walking the neighborhood, like they did near my old Bardstown Road apartment. Since October, however, the street has seemed dead to me. Sometimes boring, even. Until last night. (Maybe there's some truth to seasonal affective disorder after all.) Yesterday, my evening commute proved Frankfort Avenue is the place to be when the sun is blazing.
