185 Buddas Walk Into a Bar

One woman's journey through improvisation and art leads to 185 Buddas Walk Into a Bar, which Bunbury Theatre will present this weekend.

The one-woman show 185 Buddas Walk Into a Bar will take place on Sat., Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. The performance will happen at Bunbury Theatre, located on the third floor of the Henry Clay Building at 604 S Third St. in Old Louisville.

Tickets for the show are $14 per person. All tickets can be purchased at the Bunbury Theatre website.

Art and improvisation is not just something Amanda Rountree does. For her, it's a way of life that has led her down a very creative path toward new ideas, understanding, plenty of humor, and everything in between. During her one-woman show, 185 Buddas Walk Into a Bar, Rountree will lead audience members through her journey.

    Jen Ellison directed the production.

Following 185 Buddas, Bunbury Theatre will open its mainstage season with The Bunbury Dramedy Festival.  That festival will go on in October.
