Nulu has yet another quality bar; Galaxie, opened on August 11th. This modern-style bar with an edge embraces the same farm-to-table concept as its older sister, Rye.
Foodwise, Galaxie shows its culinary creativity with dishes like the “Black Magic” meatballs; juicy pork, pickled veggies, and a touch of sesame seeds create well balanced flavors and just-enough serving sizes. Paired with Imperial drinks like the “Storm Trooper” (rum, lime, allspice, and ginger beer) will make you feel like you’re floating off into a "galaxie" far, far, away. As for beer, Galaxie has quality bottled and canned beers from popular breweries like Evil Twin, Stone, Bells, and local brews by Against the Grain (currently available: Citra Ass Down).
