    Survivor Parade Rules:

    o   If you are not nominating yourself, you must notify the person you are nominating for the Kentucky Oaks Survivor Parade and receive their approval.

    o   The nominee is a survivor of breast and/or ovarian cancer.

    o   The parade is a rain or shine event which means the parade will take place even in inclement weather.

    o   Each survivor must be able to stand and walk for fairly long periods of time (approximately 1 ½ hours), and distances on unpaved surfaces (such as dirt track).

    o   The survivor will be expected to provide his/her own footwear for this surface which will be a dirt track.

    o   Seats provided are bleacher style seating and do not have seat backs.

    o   Survivor must walk up one flight of stairs (approximately 20 steps) to access seats.

    o   Seats provided will be located in a covered seating area; however it may not protect Survivor and guest from all sunlight or weather.

    o   Survivor must be able to walk on uneven surfaces without assistance.

    o   Survivor and guest are required to sign a general liability release form to participate in the Kentucky Oaks Survivor Parade Presented by Kroger.

    o   Tickets are intended for survivor and co-survivor use only and cannot be re-sold.
