    Nicole Atkins, Abigail Washburn and Scars on 45 are set to play this month's Waterfront Wednesday. 

    The Jersey native, Atkins is fresh off the release of her latest album, Mondo Amore. The singer songwriter has snagged rave reviews from Daytrotter and was included in Time Magazine's "Ten Acts that Rocked South by Southwest."

    Washburn thrives in her brand of old-time American music. The According to Paste Magazine, the Nashville-based singer, banjo player's latest effort, City of Refuge is one of the best folk albums in recent memory.

    Scars on 45, fronted by ex-professional British soccer player Danny Bemrose is gaining recognition for their dance/pop sound and energetic performances.

    The free show is set to start around 6 pm on June 29 and will take place on the Big Four Lawn, which is just west of the newly renovated Big Four Bridge.
