The Markel Kentucky Classic AQHA Horse Show will be held at Lakeside Arena in Frankfort, Kentucky on April 13-15.
On Friday, February 13 the Kentucky Quarter Horse approved Working Hunter Special Event starts at 8:30 am.
Classes included in this event are as follows: Warm Up Fences, Working Hunter Classes, Equitation Over Fences Classes, Hunter Hack Classes
Saturday, April 14, starting at 8 am the following classes will be held:
Ring A - Warm Up Fences, Working Hunter Classes, Jumping Classes, Hunter Hack
Ring B - Halter Classes, Showmanship Classes
On Sunday, April 15, starting at 8 am the following Classes will be held:
Ring A - Warm-up Fences, Working Hunter Classes, Equitation Over Fences Classes
Ring B - Hunter Under Saddle Classes, Hunt Seat Equitation, Western Pleasure Classes, Horsemanship Classes
Ring A at the end of the show - Trail Classes
All classes above are divided up into different divisions.
Weekend Western and English High Point Awards will awarded in Open, Amateur, Amateur Select, Youth, Novice, Novice Amateur, Novice Youth, Small Fry.
