1. The Celebrating Freedom Parade in Jeffersonville
Historic Downtown Jeffersonville is having their Fourth of July parade. The event starts at 11am and will be traveling along Spring Street from the riverfront to Federal Avenue. After the parade there will be a brief ceremony in Warder Park to remember the origins of America’s freedoms, to honor our veterans, and give the parade awards. The parade is free! So come show your patriotism and celebrate inpedendence!

2. Belle of Louisville and Spirit of Jefferson Fireworks Cruises
Come on board the riverboat Spirit of Jefferson for a great Patriotic cruise. It’s a perfect viewing spot for the fireworks display on both July 3rd and 4th. It's sightseeing only (no buffet is offered), and the concession stand/bar will be open.
Boarding for the Spirit of Jefferson cruise begins at 7:30pm depart at 8:30pm and concludes at 11:00pm.

3. Fifth Third Bank Waterfront Independence Festival
There is a lot going on at the Waterfront July 3rd and 4th. At this free two day event there will be events such as a Coors Beer Garden & Festival Food Market, Catfish Louie Kids Area, and fireworks. In addition, on the 3rd there is a Bats Baseball Game and then Justin Moore is performing. On the 4th the celebration will finish off with Brett Dennen, JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound, and Kool & the Gang!

4. The 2013 4th of July All Star Rock 'N Roll Band
The Phoenix Hill Tavern is featuring an All Star Band performing at 11pm on Fourth of July. This is a one and only performance of this All Star Rock ’N Roll Band. 7. Kentucky Flea Market 4th of July Spectacular
Calling all bargain hunters! The Flea Market is a four day event at the Kentucky Expo Center. There will be over 600 quality booths, free admissions and a "Kids Zone".
