    • "A few days after the Museum Plaza project was officially and unequivocally canceled and another historic building was bulldozed in order to make way for, at least in the near to medium term, a parking lot, it seems that the city’s leaders need a reminder that we should be focused less on megaprojects which often call for such demolition, and more on filling in downtown’s horrifically pockmarked landscape." [Broken Sidewalk]
    • "Mayor Greg Fischer and a team of city officials will be on hand later this month for Metro Government’s first-ever virtual town hall. The mayor’s 'Talk to Greg' community meetings are typically held at schools across the city. But on the 15th, Fischer will invite Louisvillians to submit questions and comments to him on his Facebook and Twitter pages. The mayor and his staff will read and respond to the comments from 6 pm to 8 pm." [WFPL]
    • "Holiday World officials announced Wednesday that the amusement park in Santa Claus, Ind., will open the world’s longest water coaster, called the Mammoth, to anchor their Splashin’ Safari water park next May." [Courier-Journal]
