At the end of this month, AtG plans to collaborate with Danish brewers To ØL. The beer is set to be brewed on location at AtG. To ØL, translated as “two beers,” is a Copenhagen brewery created by Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen, who were unhappy with the beer offerings in Denmark. To celebrate the collaboration, AtG will be hosting events at the end of the month, including a five-course beer dinner on January 29.
AtG is also planning to bottle up some exclusive special brews. They plan on releasing 22oz and 750ml bottles in small batches, with about 200 cases per 22oz run and about 100 cases for the 750ml bottles. While some of these bottles will remain in the area for your enjoyment, a large portion of them will be sent out into the great world beyond to spread the beer stylings of AtG and Kentucky. Fancy label artwork will be provided by Robby Davis.
And don’t miss out on tonight’s first Friday trolley hop, where Lolo and the Dirty Pillows will be playing at Against the Grain starting around 9PM. So catch the trolley and catch some brews and tunes.
