If you haven’t been keeping up with Against the Grain, they are currently travelling Europe on a brew tour, collaborating with European brewers and showcasing their own brews. The whole tour will end with Against the Grain participating in the Copenhagen Beer Celebration, an event which invited only thirty brewers around the world in order “to gather the absolute best brewers around the world.”
But before spending their Derby weekend in Copenhagen, they will visit Urbain Coutteau of De Struise Brouwers in Belgium to complete a beer that’s been in the planning stage for over a year. AtG will then pop over to Holland to brew a special version of their own Bo Luke with Menno Oliver of Brouwerij De Molen. From there, they’ll head on to Denmark to collaborate with brewers at Amager Bryghus, where they will brew bottled beer which will be available for sale back here at home – but some of the bottles will remain abroad, the first AtG brew to be sold internationally.
