Riding a wave of perfect weather, GonzoFest landed at Waterfront Park this weekend with a laid back feel and a ton of great talent. A festival to celebrate Hunter S. Thompson and Gonzo's influence on literature, art, music, and culture, literary readings and performances took place throughout the day, supplementing a killer musical lineup, including Louisville groups Frederick The Younger, Quiet Hollers, Wax Fang and Dr. Dundiff & friends, and Nashville bands Chrome Pony, Natural Child and Fly Golden Eagle. See the photos below for a recap of the festival.
