Let's rock in the New Year right!

    Monday (12/28)

The Hook, The Astral Planes, Hot Prowlers, The Big Quiet
    The New Vintage
A local lineup that doesn't necessarily make sense, but covers a variety of sound. There's something for everyone here.

    Vinyl Night
    Haymarket Whiskey Bar
Coined as the “neighborhood mixed tape," make Monday night your vinyl night. Bring in your own record and they’ll play it for all the Haymarket world to hear. Plus they have free Spinelli’s pizza at 10 P.M.!

    Thursday (12/31)

Kid Rock with Tim Montana and the Shrednecks
    KFC Yum! Center
The hip hop, Southern rock revivalist hits the Yum! Center stage for a New Year's Eve bash. My name is KIIID!

The Hot Wires, Jaxon Lee Swain, Blythe of the Ball
    Zanzabar
A Rock and Roll New Year’s Celebration with some of local favorites. If you haven't seen The Hot Wires live before, they're badass.

    Jet Lawrence, The Hawk, Kringle
    The New Vintage
A reunion show to ring in the New Year!

    Hot Iron Skillet
    The Hideaway Saloon
A funky seven piece bluegrass band that labels themselves as "Kentucky Fried Space-Grass."

    Friday (1/1)

The Transmissions, Boner City, Crooked Beat Refuge
    Third Street Dive
A good old fashioned Kentucky punk show. Tons of loud noise and  don’t expect to stand still. The crowd is usually pretty wild.

    Saturday (1/2)

    Sunday (1/3)

Concealer, Ratboys, The Island of Misfit Toys, Android 18
    The New Vintage
Ratboys are not what you would expect given the name. Their sound is catchy, sweet with subtle grooves. I could listen to Julia Steiner’s voice all day.
