    Dierks Bentley is set to perform on Friday night at Churchill Downs for the HullabaLOU music festival.  

    Country music artist Dierks Bentley is coming to Louisville while touring in support of his latest bluegrass-inspired album, Up on a Ridge.  That album debuted at number nine on the Billboard chart and still remains in the Billboard Top 40.  The album, which has been favorably reviewed by critics, includes covers of U2's Pride (In the Name of Love) and Bob Dylan's Senor (Tales of Yankee Power).   

    Bentley has has country hits over his career, including perhaps his best known song, What Was I Thinkin.  Other songs include Sideways, Feel That Fire, and Every Mile a Memory.  Bentley has released five albums to date, including his self-titled debut, Feel That Fire, and a greatest hits compilation.  

    The performance by Bentley will take place on the HullabaLOU main stage from 7:40-8:50 p.m. on Friday, July 23.  Tickets are available for HullabaLOU at this website.  IPhone users can download a HullabaLOU app here.  The schedule for all bands in the music festival can be found here.
