Classic moments from stage and films past and present will be shown off on the Riverstage during Hollywood Hits Live, which will premiere on Saturday.
Hollywood Hits - Live will have performances on August 21, 28, and 29, all at 8:30 p.m. Performances will take place on the Riverstage, located at the corner of Spring and Riverside in Jeffersonville, IN.
All performances are free of charge. Be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket as well as bug spray as this is an outdoor event.
Hollywood Hits - Live will include dance scenes and songs from movies and stage spanning several decades. During the show, selections from the following movies will be presented: Mamma Mia, Nine, Singing in the Rain, Chicago, Dreamgirls, Hairspray, and others. Patty Simmons co-directed the production.
The Riverstage is a barge docked along side the riverbank in Jeffersonville, IN. A terraced lawn will provide multiple levels of viewing areas for theatregoers. More information on the Riverstage can be found at this website.
