    Bit to Do

This year's Forecastle Festival was full of two kinds of glass art. Both were meant to be enjoyed from the neck up. First, we had plenty of people eager for me to take photos of their necklaces and earrings.

For some reason, the people selling glass pipes weren't as happy with me taking photos. Go figure. I'm sure the numerous booths offering hand crafted glass pipes were only present because the American Natural Cigarette's indoor smoking booth made people want an all natural and organic experience for whatever they chose to inhale.

Since the pipes  were mostly hand crafted, they made up a disproportionate portion of the "art" component of Forecastle's "Music. Art. Activism" slogan.
