Local Courtney Rae Harrigan was spotted at Whole Foods in the St. Matthews area of Louisville. Courtney’s favorite casual shoes are her Chuck Taylors telling me that she has them in “every color.” The denim shorts were purchased at Urban Outfitters, which is one of her favorite places to shop but the closest location is in Cincinnati, Ohio. The shirt and panty hose were purchased at Forever 21, which is now a two-story store in Mall St. Mathews.
Her favorite stores to shop locally are Dot Fox boutique in the Highlands, American Eagle in Oxmoor Mall and she loves the boutiques in Westport Village’s. Courtney gets inspiration from fashion shows; observing and turning it into her own style.
