    Fall in Love
    Print this page

For those of you who have not heard local favorite Butch Rice, be prepared to fall in love.  This singer song writer is a professional who has played all over the Louisville area.  I had the pleasure of seeing him again on Friday at Maker’s Mark on 4th St. in an intimate setting where he strummed his guitar and serenaded the audience.  A smooth voice that is reminiscent of John Mayer and sweet melodies that rock you will be sure to end any date on a high note or soothe you after a long week.  His new album “Fall for Me” is available online and he will be playing again on Saturday, February 2 at 8:00 Uncle Slayton’s with other local favorites.  Expect to hear Butch play songs from his new album such as “Wasted”, a track I have had on repeat for the last three days, as well as covers from Edwin McCain, Gin Blossoms, John Mayer, and many other nineties favorites.
