Horses in need in Southern Indiana are losing one of their safety nets. The Equine Rescue League of Southern Indiana has lost the use of the private land they were operating on so they have been trying to get all of the rescue horses in their care placed into new homes. It hasn’t been easy.

Colleen Hester, the founder of the rescue, has four more horses that are older and must be placed immediately in new homes as the horses were due off the property several days ago. If anyone can help out in getting these horses placed they are older and would only be for companion use only.

They need to be removed off the property immediately so if you can help please contact Colleen Hester at this phone number: 502-287-8272

The horses are located at the rescue at 5308 Charlestown Pike, Jeffersonville, IN.
