Dora and Diego are set to make an appearance at the Louisville Zoo Saturday, June 30 and Sunday, July 1 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Kids will get the chance to embark on an exciting adventure through the Zoo to help Dora and Diego find the day's Mystery Animal. At each station kids will receive a clue about the Mystery Animal.

Dora is an adventurous, bilingual, Latina heroine. Determined, positive, helpful and caring, Dora is filled with a sense of adventure as she explores her world – and she’s always ready for adventure. Diego is an 8-year-old Latino action-adventure hero with a heart. His goal is to save and protect the animals and their environment. Athletic and fearless, he is always at the ready no matter what the situation. Diego loves learning new things. He takes a scientific approach to problem solving and also uses a variety of high-tech gadgets and gizmos to save the day.

Dora and Diego are also featured in the Zoo’s newest attraction, the 50-seat 4-D theater showing Dora and Diego’s 4-D Adventure: Catch that Robot Butterfly!

The event is free with Zoo admission or Zoo membership and is part of June at the Zoo presented by Ford Motor Company. For more information please visit www.louisvillezoo.org

    About Roxane Haynes

I am a working mother of four kids, age five and under, this includes two singletons and a set of twins. When I say working, I mean that I stay at home with them, but work my butt off to take care of them and get the "usual" things done for our home. I also help my husband with our business when I can. B.K. (before kids) I worked in the Human Resource field. Stay At Home Mom is by far my favorite career choice to date.
