    A favorite event for many Louisville residents, this summer’s Brew at the Zoo will be held this weekend on Saturday from 4- 9pm. Grab your ID and come out to try some of the region’s best brew (and wine too)!

     

    Ticket prices start at $35 for individuals and vary, depending on when and what tickets are purchased.

     

    Visitors must bring an ID and be 21 years of age in order to participate in tasting the different brews.

     

    This summer’s edition also includes a selection of locally produced wines.

     

    And a selection of non-alcoholic products and water will also be provided.

     

    Your ticket includes not only the beer tasting, but also admission to the zoo, live music, cornhole and pub games, official “Brew at the Zoo and Wine Too!” tasting mug as well as brews, food and wine from dozens of local and regional breweries.

     

    Participating breweries include: Anderson Valley Brewing Co (Boonville, CA), Bluegrass Brewing Co (Louisville, KY) Boulder Brewing Co (Boulder, CO)

     

    Cumberland Brews (Louisville, KY) DogFish Head Craft Brewery (Milton, DE) Flying Dog Brewery (Frederick, MD) Great Lakes Brewing Co (Cleveland, OH) Rogue Ales (Newport, OR) Spaten Brewing Co  (Munich, Germany) Upland Brewing Co (Bloomington, IN) and many more!

     

    Bring lawn chairs to listen to lounge on the lawn while listening to the '70s and '80s inspired tunes of 100% Poly.

     

    Proceeds go to help the Zoo fund their capital projects, so not only will you get to try some of the best brews around, you’re helping out a great local cause!
