Blaze Pizza opened its first Louisville store last June in the Shelbyville Road Plaza, serving artisanal pizzas and adding another popular food to the town's rising fast casual market. In their first few months, they have been successful in making a pizza just as delicious as they do quickly.

If you have not eaten at Blaze Pizza, this Saturday may be a great time to do so because the restaurant will be offering pizzas for $3.14 in celebration of Pi Day. That's March 14 (3/14). If you're confused, "pie" a colloquial for pizza its homonym "pi," , is a mathematical, never ending number that's generally rounded to 3.14.

That's enough of a math lesson. Back to the pie we can eat. From open to close this Saturday, all pizzas are $3.14. This offer is limited to one per guest and is not valid with online orders.

In addition, every 314th guest to post a picture of themselves with their pizza on Instagram using the hashtag #blazepizza will receive a “round” of 10 free pizza passes.

Blaze Pizza is located at 4600 Shelbyville Road. Their hours this Saturday are 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
