In case you didn't know, the Butler did it.  No, really.  Or could it be someone else?  Find out this weekend in the As Yet Unnamed Theatre Company's production The Butler Did IT, which begins this weekend.

Performances will go on March 4, 5, 11, and 12 at 8 p.m. each night. Matinees, meanwhile, will take place on March 6 and 13 at 2:30 p.m. each day.  All shows will go on in the Mex Theatre at the Kentucky Center for the Arts.  The facility is located at 501 West Main Street in downtown Louisville.

Tickets for the 95-minute, all ages show are $16 per person.  All seating is general admission.  Tickets can be purchased by going to the Kentucky Center box office, the Kentucky Center website, or by calling 1-800-775-7777.  More information on the The Butler Did It can be found at the Kentucky Center website.

The Butler Did It is a spoof of the British whodunnit-type mystery plays. Miss Maple, who is known for having creative weekend parties, invites writers of detective novels to her place, Ravenswood Manor, on Turkey Island.  The writers take on fictional personalities.  Everything is fun until a murder really does take place.  Then, everything gets hillarious as the amateurs attempt to solve the crime.

Sandy Richens Cohrs directed The Butler Did It, and the cast includes Claire Sherman, Katy Casper, Elaine Hackett, Jim Reid, Brian Morris, Josh O'Brien, Gary Tipton, Grace Poganski, Michael Gaither, and Jessica Tanselle.

Following The Butler Did It, As Yet Unnamed Theatre Company will present The Little Foxes.  the show will run in late May, and auditions will happen on March 17 at the Third Lutheran Church.  More information on the company can be found at the As Yet Unnamed Theatre Company website.
