Meet this week's featured adoptable pets at Louisville Metro Animal Services. "Cute" best describes them all. Just maybe one of them could be your future buddy.

Amie is a 7-month-old beagle/Black and Tan hound mix. She is rambunctious but will settle down after she shakes her ya-yas out. She will need training but training classes which help bond humans and canines are available throughout Louisville. Amie responds well to her kennel mate and likes attention. It's easy to picture this high-energy dog as a jogging companion. If you would like to contact Metro to ask about this dog, it is very helpful if you have the ID number (A470506) handy.

Faith is a seven-year-old Smooth Collie/Border Collie mix. She is an exceptional girl. She's graceful and elegant and even just walking her is a pleasure. She's long and lean, like a professional model. Her curly tail adds zing to her walk. Faith is good with children and good with other dogs. She leans into your legs when she's standing next to you which is an indicator that she's bonded to humans. Faith loves a good back rub. She is a calm, stately girl who is sure to add a touch of class to any setting. If you would like to contact Metro to ask about this dog, have her ID number (A470799) handy.

Ivana is a one-year-old beagle/Pit Bull Terrier mix. She is the typical excitable puppy when she first gets out of her kennel and craves playtime. She loves other dogs and people -- the world is a fun, exciting place to Ivana. When you spend some time with her, she definitely calms down. She performed well recently with a volunteer's elementary-school-aged daughter. If you would like to contact Metro to ask about this dog, her ID number is A470427.

Cam is an adorable orange tabby male kitten. He is up-to-date on routine shots, neutered, and house trained. If you are interested in Cam please have his Pet ID (A467553) ready when contacting us.

Bob is a cute little tabby brown male kitten. He is up-to-date on routine shots, neutered, and house trained. If you are interested in Bob, his Pet ID number is A465661.

Chrissy is a cute little black and white female kitten. She is up-to-date on routine shots, spayed, and house trained. If you are interested in Chrissy please have her Pet ID A460642 ready when contacting us.
