According to the American Cancer Society about 40,480 women will die from and another 182,460 of new cases breast cancer will be diagnosed among women in the United States in 2008.  The Derby Divas and Roll For A Cure hope to decrease that number this year and for many years to come.

Two local high school theatre departments joined forces recently to bring a production of "The Diviners" to the stage.  Their reward for outside the box thinking is a trip to Nebraska to put on the show for a group of Thespian bigwigs this summer.
