His documentaries, Garden Insects and Frost Flowers, have aired nationally on PBS. Chris will talk about our connection with nature and how this connection can not only improve our gardening experience, but all aspects of our lives. Twenty year ago, Chris moved to a rural KY farm, built a solar-powered home, and started an organic vegetable business. Together with his family, Chris works hard to live a sustainable lifestyle from growing almost all their food to hand-baling water from a well. He will also show a preview of his current work in progress, Dancing with Thoreau.
