According to to Richard Florida's book The Rise of the Creative Class, the death knell for a city's innovation is when it builds a sports arena as an attempt to bring "culture" to an area. Having the Eagles inaugurate the KFC Yum! Center with their pentennial 401(k)-funding tour doesn't help, either. Take it to the limit, Louisville!
