University of Louisville Coach Rick Pitino called a press conference to scold the media for doing its job. It’s the same media that has treated him so well and possibly even turned blind eyes to previous indiscretions.
It doesn’t seem like the respect was reciprocated in this particular press conference, but the coach failed to realize that his actions and not those of the press are what hurt his family and caused the distractions.
