Wednesday night the historic Twin Spires became the latest attraction to take on the enthusiasm of the most talked about NCAA Final Four match-up in decades as the University of Louisville Cardinals will take on the University of Kentucky, the number one overall seed in the tournament, at 6:09 p.m. Saturday in New Orleans, LA. Throughout the city, state, and across the country, people have been talking about this historic meeting.

Now, the inanimate Twin Spires of the historic Churchill Downs race track are showing their state pride--one  spire aglow in blue, one aglow in red. Although Churchill Downs sits within walking distance from the University of Louisville, the Twin Spires have taken on an unbiased appreciation for both universities and will undoubtedly be excited to see either team go on to win the national title. Tune in Monday, or possibly Sunday, to see if the spires glow in unison for the team from the Commonwealth that goes to the finals.
