
The Jack Daniel’s Harley Davidson being raffled to help raise funds for the 2005 Kentucky Derby Festival Opening Ceremonies: Thunder Over Louisville, will make several appearances in Louisville this month. Patrons will have an opportunity see the bike up-close, and purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win the one-of-a kind motorcycle.
This is the second year for the Harley Davidson raffle. Jack Daniel’s is sponsoring a FXD DYNA SUPER GLIDE. The Harley made its debut at the 2nd Annual Thunder Into Louisville Poker Run on October 9, 2004. The fundraising concept was developed in 2003 by FOX41. The first Harley Raffle raised more than $20,000 to help support the 2004 Thunder Over Louisville.
The magnificent machine will be on display in February at these locations:
- Monday, February 14th. Coyote’s. 9:00pm -11pm
- Sunday, February 20th. TK’s Pub 9pm-11pm
- Thursday, February 24th. Two Lane Liquors. 2pm – 6pm
Raffle tickets are $10.00, with all proceeds going to help fund Thunder Over Louisville. The winner will be drawn Friday, May 6th, at the Derby Festival Chow Wagon, with a special announcement
broadcast on FOX News @ 10 Derby Eve.

Thunder Over Louisville is the largest single-day event in the region. The 2005 show, themed “Thunder ROCKS,” is scheduled for Saturday, April 23 and will be the sixteenth annual production. The show is sponsored by Caesars Indiana, Ford Motor Company, and UPS.
