The 24th annual Taste of Derby Festival presented by Brown-Forman and benefiting Dare to Care was a sold-out hit this year!  It was hosted at Louisville Slugger Field and showcased over 60 of Louisville’s favorite restaurants, bourbon distilleries and beverage companies who treated all patrons to delicious samples. Amongst our favorites were Eddie Merlot's, Jeff Ruby's, Theater Square Marketplace, Comfy Cow and the Grey Goose lemonade stand. The fashion was a juxtaposition of chic street-wear to ladies in fabulous hats and heels. While suits and dresses were being admired the focus was on the cocktails and eats...after all it is Taste of Derby Festival! Besides the great food (which you can learn all about in Louisville Magazines EATS) there were a wide variety of posh auction items from signed guitars to weekend getaways. A fantastic time was had by all, and  it was so nice running into so many friends and colleagues that help to make Louisville the place to be this season...Cheers to Derby!
