In celebration of Spring, next week (March 23 - March 29) Roux, at 1325 Bardstown Road, will offer 3-for-$1 beignets at their walk-up beignet window.
Dara Staggers' award-winning Tagalong-stuffed beignets will be also available in orders of three for $1.25; they took home the prize for People's Choice at Desserts First in February.
The beignet window will also have chicory coffee for $1.25. Roux's beignet window is located to the left of the building around the side, and is open 9:30 a.m. until close Monday through Sunday. You can visit Roux's website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram by clicking the links.
