Wiggle into your Wranglers and pull on your cowboy boots — the North American Championship Rodeo (Nov. 9-11) is coming to town.
The action will feature top cowboys and cowgirls competing in the invitational circuit finals for the Pro Rodeo Cowboys Association, as well as the Great Lakes Circuit Rodeo finals (a nine-state region that includes Kentucky). Events include saddle bronc riding, barrel racing, steer wrestling, team roping and the ever-popular bull ride.
If you don’t get your four-legged animal fix at the rodeo, the North American International Livestock Exposition (Nov. 4-17) and U.S. Disc Dog National Championships (Nov. 11-12) are also taking place at The Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center.
