Last year, every empty space of gravel, dirt, or someone's front yard was charging $20 per car for parking. I expected it to be cheaper down by U of L, but people in rain ponchos were trying to seduce in cars only two blocks away for a bargain price of $10. In fact, the most expensive parking I saw was $15, and that was outside bars.

In fact, at $15-20 each, the coveted rain ponchos being sold on the street cost more than parking.
