This Monday, April 14th, the Derby Dinner Playhouse, at 525 Marriott Drive over in Clarksville, presents an evening with Melissa Combs.

Melissa is an experienced and charismatic performer, and her concert is set to be the latest addition to Derby Dinner's 2014 Concert Series. Melissa's career has included both Music City-based recordings and award-winning song writing, and she brings Texas swing, classic country, rockabilly and country pop/rock to the Playhouse, backed by a fantastic band. Melissa will be performing her Country Favorites selection, bringing the sounds of Nashville and beyond to the Louisville and Southern Indiana area.

Derby Dinner Playhouse is one of the longest-running professional theatres in the entire country, providing entertainment to the region for over 40 years. It has seen over 3 million people come through its doors, most notably for productions of Broadway musicals, and comedic theatre. But it also caters to music lovers, and other acts in the Concert Series will include The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra, Branson On The Road, and Jason Petty Presents “Hank & My Honky Tonk Heroes.”

Melissa Combs will take you through the history of country music, in her heartfelt, dedicated style, along with special guests on the night. Make sure you book your tickets for what promises to be a great country music concert.

The show runs from 7.15pm, with doors opening at 6pm. Tickets, which include dinner, the show itself and tax, range from $30 to $36. For more information or to make reservations please call 812-288-8281
