A megasized way to watch the BCS National Championship football game
    Print this page

Tonight ends the 2012-13 college football campaign as #1 Notre Dame (12-0, 5-0 away) matches up with #2 Alabama (11-1, 7-1 SEC) for the BCS National Championship college football game at Sun Life Stadium in Miami. This is as close as college football has come to figuring out how to have a playoff and you can see it on the big screen. Check that, on the gigantic screen.

View the game almost like you’re in the stadium at the Village Anchor in Anchorage on their 98 inch television screen. That’s a lot of screen real estate to see coach Brian Kelly and his independent Fighting Irish take on coach Nick Saban and the pride of the SEC, the Crimson Tide.

Heisman Trophy runner up Manti Te’o looks to have a big game, one befitting of his accolades, while you enjoy 2 for 1 Falls City Beer and $5 Allenwrenches during the contest. ESPN’s coverage starts at 8 and the kickoff is at 8:30. That’s plenty of time to get some of the original Louisville brew in you. Get all the details here.

The Village Anchor is at 11507 Park Road in Anchorage.
