Point Break Live! Point Break Live! is an original concept play and adaptation by Jaime Keeling and Jamie Hook of the movie Point Break. Based on the idea that anyone can
fill Keanu's role, it features an on the spot casting of Keanu from the audience. It is one of Alley Theater's most popular performances and inspired some of the Alley Theater crew to think about doing something similar with The Matrix.

Their facebook event offers the following description"

"Taking a cue from Academy Award winner Kathryn Bigelow’s recent smash stage production of her cult classic Point Break, Andy and Larry Wachowski seek to reignite the cultural fervor they created in 1999. They’ve got their cast. They’ve got their crew. They think they have a way to do all their crazy “bullet time” green-screen effects before a live audience. And they’re going to find their Neo…their Keanu…their NEANU, if you will – right here in Louisville. Little do they know…they’re going to get a lot more than they bargained for."

The stage production will feature actors Abby Braune, Alan Canon, Elizabeth Cox, Jeremy Dugan, Jeremy Gernert, Denny Grinar, Madeleine Miller, Corey Music, Neleigh Olsen, Kenn Parks,  Chris Petty, Ray Robinson, Tony Smith, and Ben Unwin.

Tickets are $18 in advance or $20 day of show. There are special discounts for students, seniors, and military. More information at http://thealleytheater.org/ The Alley Theater is inside the Pointe at 1205 E. Washington St.
