Free Mandolin Tips From Gibson Signature Artist Sam Bush at "Original" Dealer First Quality Music in Louisville.
Gibson's Original Instrument division, makers of mandolins, banjos and Dobros?, has teamed up with First Quality Music to offer a free workshop/meet and greet, with Gibson signature artist Sam Bush April 16th.
From the great state Commonwealth of Kentucky, Sam Bush is one of the most influential mandolin players of the past quarter-century. As a founding member of the New Grass Revival, featured member of Emmylou Harris' Nash Ramblers and now as leader of his own band, he's taken the mandolin into rock, reggae and beyond. His Gibson signature model replicates "Hoss," his infamous 1930s F-5.
*Be sure to come by and register for the hourly drawings including a $500 Gift Certificate, good for Gibson product.
Bring your instruments and plan on jamming with other folks through out the day. Don't forget your cameras!

Bluegrass String Change Clinic...Gibson will provide Sam Bush Signature strings as well as Earl Scruggs Strings and J-200 strings at no charge. All you need to bring is your instrument to get the strings changed free!
Sam should be here around noon, or shortly thereafter. He'll do a meet and greet, and sign autographs. There will also be an autographed T-shirt give away!
