Jessie Oswald has been writing for Louisville.com since 2011. Since then, she has covered two Kentucky Derbies and a Breeders Cup as well. She has also contributed pieces about horse racing to the breeders cup website and Louisville Magazine.

Jessie was recently accepted to The National Turf Writers and Broadcasters Association. For more than 50 years, NTWAB’s goal has been to improve the relationship between its members, the governing powers of Thoroughbred racing, and the development of Thoroughbred racing and breeding. According to its website, it is the largest professional journalistic organization in horse racing with approximately 225 members. Writers or broadcasters who cover Thoroughbred racing professionally may apply for consideration to be a part of this association.
