Let's face it. Valentine's Day is for couples. Married, dating, or otherwise, most events and restaurants are focused on catering to candlelit dinners for two.
Louisville.com has teamed up with Saints SkyBar in St. Matthews for a different kind of party. It's not a singles night - its a celebration of SINGLEHOOD! We're gathering on February 14, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. for a night of food, mingling, cocktails, and games.
“We didn’t want to go negative with an ‘anti-Valentine’s Day’ party,” said Dan Vonderheide, General Manager at Louisville.com. “But we think there’s room for the people of the world who choose to be single to have a good time on February 14. So much of what you see is geared toward couples that we thought we’d provide safe have to those that still wanted to take advantage of a Saturday night out.”
Participants can engage in a "Battle of the Sexes". The guy winner walks away with a $100 gift certificate to the Neutral Zone. The gal winner walks away with a $100 gift certificate to The Summit.
The buffet is priced at $12.00 and will be stocked with delicious food from Saints' kitchen and participants can take advantage of $4.00 Cosmos and Manhattans from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
