The “Secrets of Louisville Chefs” fourth annual “Theater Gala” will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. at the Derby Dinner Playhouse, located at 525 Marriott Drive in Clarksville, Indiana. The event is sponsored by Brown-Forman and it benefits the Louisville non-profit organization GuardiaCare Services, which is celebrating its 40th year serving seniors at physical or financial risk.
This year’s audience will enjoy a very special live show of the CW network’s “Secrets of Louisville Chefs” with Casa Grisanti alumni Dean Corbett, now of Equus, and Corbett’s welcomed guest chefs, John Plymale, now of Porcini, and Dominic Serratore, now of Ditto’s Grill, in a celebration of Louisville’s culinary roots and a Casa Grisanti reunion. Brown Forman’s Chief Entertaining Officer Tim Laird will present wine and cocktail pairings at the event. Guests will also enjoy entertainment, gourmet cuisine and tantalizing desserts from The Bakery at Sullivan University.
The cost for the event is $75 per person or $600 for a corporate table for six with preferred seating. Call (502) 585-9949 for reservations.
