    MONDAY (11/16)

    Haymarket Whiskey bar
Coined as the “neighborhood mixed tape," make Monday night your vinyl night. Bring in your own record and they’ll play it for all the Haymarket world to hear. Plus they have free Spinelli’s pizza at 10 P.M.!

    TUESDAY (11/17)

    The Louisville Palace
This blues prodigy opened for B.B. King at 12 and has been keeping the blues alive and well ever since.

An evening of underground hip hop. Devin the Dude is “your favorite rapper’s favorite rapper,” according to fans and “The New York Times” describes him as, “a brilliant oddball with a spaced-out flow.

    WEDNESDAY (11/18)

    Headliners Music Hall
A British indie folk artist in the same vein as Lily Allen, but with a quirky Kimya Dawson-esque flare.

Stoked about these two emerging indie rock artists from Minnesota coming to the ville. The guys of Hippo Campus are fresh out of high school and giving their frenetic energy to the world. Rolling Stone named them “Best Newcomers” of this year.  Bad Bad Hats carry the same kind of energy, but are playful, fun, and even feature a kazoo.  If you like Vampire Weekend, Local Natives, or Cheerleader, check these guys out.

    THURSDAY (11/19)

    The New Vintage
An interesting line up here, but some good sound in it all. The septet from Texas, Telegraph Canyon, is gaining some wide recognition for their Americana sound with an indie rock backbone.

A local line-up featuring unique artist,  Shutaro Noguchi, who sings his folk-esque songs in Japanese.

    FRIDAY (11/20)

    Haymarket Whiskey Bar
Louisville’s bummer rock enthusiasts join forces with fellow bummer rockers for a bum-tastic night. Check out our previous interview with Quiet Hollers here

    Mercury Ballroom
90s alternative fans rejoice, it’s “All For You”.

Southern gothic bluegrass you don’t want to miss! I’m sure there will be a murder ballad or two.
