WEDNESDAY (11/18)
Headliners Music Hall
A British indie folk artist in the same vein as Lily Allen, but with a quirky Kimya Dawson-esque flare.
Zanzabar
Stoked about these two emerging indie rock artists from Minnesota coming to the ville. The guys of Hippo Campus are fresh out of high school and giving their frenetic energy to the world. Rolling Stone named them “Best Newcomers” of this year. Bad Bad Hats carry the same kind of energy, but are playful, fun, and even feature a kazoo. If you like Vampire Weekend, Local Natives, or Cheerleader, check these guys out.
THURSDAY (11/19)
The New Vintage
An interesting line up here, but some good sound in it all. The septet from Texas, Telegraph Canyon, is gaining some wide recognition for their Americana sound with an indie rock backbone.
Zanzabar
