Seniors Stefan LeFors and J.R. Russell of the University of Louisville are both scheduled to play in the East-West Shrine Bowl at SBC Park in San Francisco on Saturday, January 15, 2005. Kickoff will be at 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and telecast nationally on ESPN.
LeFors and Russell will play for the East Squad, which is coached by Purdue's Joe Tiller. The teams began practicing on Monday, January 11 and will continue up until Friday, January 14.
Senior linebacker Robert McCune and senior free safety Kerry Rhodes will both compete in the Senior Bowl on January 29 at 4:00 p.m. in Mobile, Ala.
