    The Kentucky Restaurant Association is hosting the first annual B4 Derby Olympics. This event, in its first year, is a day for the community of hardworking restaurant workers to relax and compete in four creative competitions while enjoying good food, bourbon, bluegrass, and brews.

    This event will be held on April 29th, the Tuesday before Derby, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. There will be a variety of competitions and games for the community. This event is open to the public, but competitors must pay an entrance fee per game.

    There are four competitions to choose from and each will cost $30 per person. There will be one event that competitors can sign up on the day of, but sign-ups begin soon and you must be signed up before the day of for the other four events.

    The games will include a Bartender Mix-Off for bartenders, a two and four-person relay, two individual games, and a B4 BBQ Sauce competition. You can begin by checking out the games and signing up now at here. Times are specified per competition and will run every 20 minutes with multiple runs.

    As the event nears, there will be a Mini Event at Chocolate Bar on April 9th from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. Prepare for the Last Beer Man Standing game and enjoy the delicious food and beer.

    The event will take place at the Louisville Executive Aviation Hanger, located at Bowman Field. Come out and enjoy good company, good food, good drinks, and a good time! And RUN WILD!
