Driving down Frankfort Avenue today, I noticed a cop filling out a ticket and placing it beneath a black Hummer's windshield wiper. The owner, who exited Shiraz Mediterranean Grill (2011 Frankfort Ave.) moments later, had parked in an illegal spot. I bet if he drove a more environmentally friendly vehicle, the officer would have let him slide. It is Earth Day after all.
