Asiatique is open and offers drink specials nearly every weekday evening. Tuesday night is beer night for example.
BBC on Shelbyville Road is serving up food, beer and free wifi. Bless them.
Lynn’s Paradise Cafe is throwing blackout parties every day the power is out. These parties included grilled brats, hotdogs, beer, soft drinks and cocktails.
Proof is open but is nearly booked with Ryder Cup people so when you walk in don’t be surprised if you have to wait or sit in the bar. Enjoy a capri martini if do.
Coffee shops are little bits of heaven for the power and caffeine seeking. All the Bardstown Road Heine Brothers locations, Ray’s Monkey House and Derby City Espresso are open, have power and are very cool about people camping out for a bit to charge laptops and cell phones.
Spinelli’s and Impellizzeri’s, both in the Highlands, have been serving tasty pizzas and either one sounds like a perfect option for dinner tonight.

uanita’s Burger Boy is open 24/7. So if it’s gets to hot in the house of you just can’t sleep without the sound of the fan running (surely I can’t be the only one?) they’ve got you covered.
Dundee Tavern has good pub grub and lots of tvs turned to sports.
Sitar on Bardstown Road is open and has a fantastic Indian buffet for lunch.
I’ll try to update this list as I get more info. Go off and be well fed!
